Why per engagement, not per user

Why isn't this priced per seat?
An engagement already has a fixed number of people on both sides. Charging per user would penalize exactly the transparency Alignd is meant to encourage — more people weighing in should never cost more.
Who actually pays?
Whoever sets up the engagement chooses who's billed — the client or the delivery partner. The other side is invited in free, with identical access and the same view of the score.
Does paying change what someone sees?
No. Price and access are identical either way. Alignd's neutrality is a product rule, not a billing tier — nobody gets more say in the score because they hold the invoice.
What happens after the Portfolio license?
It scales with your book, not your headcount. The more engagements a firm runs through Alignd, the lower the effective cost per engagement — the incentive is to standardize, not to ration usage.
